I’m Saviour Cawley, an account manager at Liberty Consulting and Management. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I recently had a massive mindset change of how I wanted my life to pan out. My intro to the business development and consulting business came from a PR advertisement from ZipRecruiter.

I have been in the business for ten months, and growing myself into an account manager has made me see a manager’s many responsibilities. During this time, our environment has become even more fasted pace and with an added urgency to grow.

Seeing members of my team get results is what I find most enjoyable. The most rewarding part of owning a business is the tax break.

My philosophy is “It takes a village to raise a child and a team to make a millionaire.”

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, my student mentality, excellent work ethic, great attitude, and professionalism set me apart from others. I attribute my success to my ability to build solid relationships with my clients.

Having three active marketing reps on my team gives me immense satisfaction.

During my downtime

I have a few different hobbies and interests when I am not at work. For instance, I journal nightly to decompress from my day.
